January Winter Wine Tasting!
To warm you up during the winter months, we’ll be having a special Winter Wine Tasting on Saturday, January 28th 2012.
Come along between 2pm-7pm and enjoy a sneak preview of some wines coming in for 2012.
We also have plenty of bin-end offers after Christmas so it will be a great chance to grab a bargain!
As always, there’s 10% off any tasting wines bought on the day. We look forward to seeing you there!
Wines of Italy Wine Tasting!
This weekend, Saturday October 15th, we’ll be holding our monthly free wine tasting for October!
From 2pm – 7pm, we’ll be tasting 5 wines from all across Italy! There’ll be 2 whites and 3 reds available for tasting to give you some ideas ahead of Christmas. Don’t forget, you’ll get 10% off on all wines on tasting this weekend…

French Regional Wine Tasting September 17th!
This weekend, Saturday September 17th, we’ll be holding another of our monthly free wine tastings!
From 2pm – 7pm, we’ll be tasting 5 wines from lesser known regions in France proving that there are some great wines outside of Burgundy and Bordeaux!
All of the wines on tasting will be 10% off on the day and we’ll also be showing off our new range of Ritzenhoff Pearls and Champus glassware gifts!

Spanish Theme Wine Tasting This Saturday!
This Saturday will be a Spanish themed Wine Tasting.
We will be tasting 3 lovely, fresh whites from up-and-coming regions (2 of which are organic), showing that there is life beyond New ZealandSauvignon Blanc or Italian Pinot Grigio…! Followed by a super new aged Rioja from the excellent 2005 vintage and a full-bodied Ribera-del-Duero to finish off.
Our free tasting will be at the usual time from 2pm – 7pm so do drop in if you are passing by!
There’ll be 10% off all wines on tasting and you’ll also get the chance to browse some of our summer offers…
Celebratory Wine Tasting – Saturday May 14th!
Come and celebrate our first anniversary with us! The Village Vine has now been open for it’s full first year and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us by indulging in our wines.
As usual, we’ll be offering 10% off all tasting wines on the day and we’ll have 6 new wines open to taste and try. Tasting starts at 2pm and ends around 7pm…

Wine Tasting This Saturday – April 16th 2011
Just a quick note to remind you of our next tasting this coming Saturday (April 16th).
As we now seem to be well into Spring (with glimpses of Summer!), we thought it a good time to show the lovely, fresh crisp whites and subtle reds from New Zealand.
To those of you who have not attended before, we kick-off around 2pm and end up at 7pm. It’s a ‘free, walk-in’ tasting and a good chance to sample something ‘new’, or perhaps a bit different from your normal choice.
Plus, as a thank-you for turning up, you also get 10% OFF any of the tasting wines on the day!
We also have some new Bin-Ends + Great New Offers in store plus some new additions to the range. Please feel free to have a good browse and of course, ask any questions!

Fairtrade Winetasting this Weekend!
As its Fairtrade Fortnight, we have decided to feature some of our own range as well as 2 excellent wines from the esteemed S. African producer, Rustenberg.

Not sure which wine to have for Valentine’s Day? Come down and join us for our monthly wine tasting again this coming Saturday 12th February between 2pm and 7pm!

January Sales Wine Tasting!
The next monthly wine tasting at The Village Vine will be on Saturday 15th January – at the usual time of 1pm to 7pm.

Our first Christmas has been an exciting time for us. We’ve been extremely busy with all of our customers, both in the shop and around the country who we’ve mailed gift boxes and wine cases to.

Christmas Wine Tasting 4th December!
Between 1pm – 7pm on Saturday 4th December, The Village Vine will be hosting their Christmas Wine Tasting!
We’ll be uncorking some Christmas Fizz – a new Prosecco that may prove to be a winner over the Christmas period as well as various other wines that you might like to add to your Christmas wishlist.
